Infopath forms aren't working even after re-publishing

Hello,

I'm new working with Infopath forms and your suggestion would really be helpful.

We typically make changes to the existing InfoPath form, and upon publishing, it usually works. However, this time, after making the same modifications, the form did not function as expected and displayed the error message: "There has been an error while loading the form" (screenshot attached).

I attempted to increase the version of a previously working InfoPath form, but that also did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I tried deactivating and reactivating the form, but I believe I do not have the necessary authorization.

Would it be advisable to delete the form and upload it again?

    Here are some steps you can try:

    1.Verify that all data connections within the form are correctly configured and pointing to the appropriate data sources.

    2.If your form includes custom code or complex rules, ensure they are error-free.

    3.Sometimes, cached data can interfere with form loading. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies might resolve the issue.

    4.Wait a while. Instead of deleting and re-uploading, try republishing the form.

    5.If none of the above works. Deleting and re-uploading the form should be a last resort.
