Manage connection says Microsoft teams not connected while testing flow in copilot agent. is it microsoft teams connection issue?

Hello Everyone,

I have designed an agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio 365 to create a channel in Microsoft Teams after receiving instructions from the "Teams Agent", using dynamic input through the "Teams Channel" Power Automate instant flow. but while testing this flow in chat but manage connection says Microsoft teams not connected and when i am test this flow in power automate it tested successfully with connection.

so i don't know what is happen with manage connection. weather its Microsoft teams connection problem form their side ?

Hello ,

As per the screenshots provided, it appears that you are unable to view the reference documents in the Teams Copilot chat, although they are visible when testing in Copilot Studio.

To resolve this issue, I would suggest raising a support ticket using the link below. This will allow an assigned engineer from the respective team to investigate and assist in resolving the matter promptly.
