Lost Access to Azure After Transferring Subscription to a New Directory

I've lost access to my two-factor authentication device for a specific directory. After transferring my Azure subscription to a this directory, I'm now unable to log in to revert the change.

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
