I have used the redeem option in the Azure Startup Founders Hub. However, after creating a GitHub Enterprise account and linking it to my existing organization, it is not functioning as expected.

I did not save the coupon code. Can assistance be provided to resolve this issue?

I’d recommend checking your Azure Founders Hub dashboard by going to the Benefits section where the coupon code is usually displayed. Also check your email (including your spam folder) for any confirmation messages from Azure or Microsoft Startups as they often include the coupon code. If you’ve already linked the code to your GitHub organization you can review your billing details under Settings > Billing & Plans on GitHub to see if the credit has been applied. If you still can’t find the code it’s best to reach out to Azure Support and explain that you redeemed the benefit but lost access to the coupon. If the issue seems to be on GitHub’s side you can also contact GitHub Support. Hopefully one of these steps will help you get it sorted out!
