To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:
1.Open the USB drive with another computer and check if issue persists.
2.Open CMD command and run below command:
chkdsk X:(the drive letter) /f
to check for any disk error.
3.If decryption on UI page doesn't work, please try with CMD command:
manage-bde -unlock X: (the drive letter)-RecoveryPassword YOUR-RECOVERY-KEY-HERE
and check if it can decryption the driver successfully.
