For your issue, it is probably due to a delay or hiccup in how the Data Warehouse refreshes data for certain devices. Although 99% of your devices are updated correctly, for that small percentage the following could be at play:
Intune Data Warehouse is designed to update daily, but on rare occasions some devices can “stick” with outdated data.
Even if the device is reporting properly to Intune, sometimes its data feed (via the OData connection) doesn’t update as expected. This can be due to transient errors or a known bug affecting a handful of devices.
So, please Verify (again) that the device’s enrollment and sync logs in the Intune portal are healthy. And if possible, trigger a manual sync from the device and wait for a few hours to see if that pushes an update into the Data Warehouse.
