Unable to Move around in MS Whiteboard

Hi,

I use MS Whiteboard for studying purposes. I use it with a Wacom Tablet, but I want a way to move around with the pen.

The program automatically detects a pen and switches to the appropriate mode. I tried to bind the Keys to move around when pressing a button on the pen, but because of this pen mode it wont work.

I dont want to use the touch option of my tablet, because it feels really harsh when moving around in Whiteboard.

Maybe there are better alternatives for my purpose? I'm open to such suggestions.
