Hello, fully managed devices that are enrolled in Intune. Automatically configure Outlook according to the account that logs in.

However, I can't add another email address to outlook from another tenant.

Is this impossible to do or is the policy configured incorrectly somewhere?

Thank you.

@Mountain Pond, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

Based on my research, we cannot mix work accounts from different tenants. Work profiles are managed and provisioned by a single enterprise tenant (via Intune MDM solutions), and they’re designed to restrict the work apps (including Outlook) to the accounts associated with that tenant.

If you need to access email accounts from different tenants, you’d have to do so in the personal profile (or through separate unmanaged instances), but not within the same managed work profile.

This is by design to maintain the security and management boundaries enforced by Android Enterprise and Intune.

Hope above information can help you.
