Verify that you are authorized to use Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Problems may arise if your role does not grant you access to the Regulatory Compliance blade or if your permissions have changed. Make sure you're given a role, like Contributor or Security Administrator, that grants you access to Defender for Cloud.
or this might be just a bug/glitch may be a temporary issue that should be resolved.
