I have sales data by center and team member in an Excel Pivot Table. When I have weeks showing, I can see the center and team member results, like below. (Team members show when the center in expanded) If I collapse to just the see the period results, I get this. Did you mean if you collapse FP1, you want to keep the COL, LEX and WLM? It's hard to confirm the corresponding PivotTable data from your description.

Yes that is what I want. I want to keep WLM, LEX, and COL when FP01 is collapsed

Hi,

Your requirements may not be possible directly through the existing PivotTable, because there are levels of list expansion and collapse, if you collapse to the main level, it will automatically collapse all sub levels under it. It's not possible to collapse and still keep sub levels under it. This by design behavior.

That's what I thought. I'm going to run the items under the centers in the rows, and the fiscal times in the columns. Best I can do.

Or manually switch the position of the sub levels in Rows field.
