Unable to delete DDos plan . Vnet associated with Ddos is deleted but ddos plan is still there and it is billed. Tried powershell command but no results.
Subscription is in disable state due to high cost of DDOS so unable to follow the above solution. This is a MCT account. I cannot create a technical support ticket.

Please reactivate the subscription and then remove the DDOS by switching to a Pay-as-you-go subscription. You can reach out to the Azure Billing team for support.
