    Todd,

You need to download whatever screensaver you fancy. Then, go through the aforementioned steps to enable, use and run it. To do that I will direct you to the following LINK. I trust this answers your query.

Oh. Well, first let me ask...

If you > Settings > Personalise > Lock screen and hit Screen save at the bottom, do you see the Screen save settings window shown?

If you say, "No", I will investigate what to tell you.

Ok, Todd, if you, indeed, do not have what I have shown... it's, honestly why I have been struggling a wee bit to respond in a helpful, worthwhile way. Short answer, YES, it IS an inherent part of the OS. If it is missing, which is, I'm going suggest, a bit bizarre... I can only tell you to repair the OS. Whether an "In place repair" using an ISO or without that, directly using WUA/MCT, wherein you don't have to bother with creating the ISO. Also, there are the means within Win11 itself from the Cloud.

Settings, type in Recovery. You will see Reset this PC and Recovery options. The system can be brought back without losing anything. There is a "Keep everything" choice.

IF this WAS there, you can, before the above mentioned suggestions, do a System Restore making sure that goes back to a date when everything was all there and good. > Settings, type in System Restore and hit Create a restore point.

    You will see this window

If Sys Restore does not do the trick, Recovery will or should.

I trust you will let me how it goes.

First of all, it is not that I "won't tell you how"... 1, I had some things I had to do, including get some sleep. I don't why you have such behaviour from that button. It is, also, that you do not like my answer. It is not the answer you want. If and since you don't want to do a recovery, as I said, a System Restore could be tried. Or, maybe, you will receive the answer you want from someone else. I do not believe this is separate "program" that can be re-installed; it is part of the OS. But, maybe, that is wrong. I cannot find any research to say otherwise. Regrettably, it seems I have failed you.
