    Hi Rejith,

Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Sales lead time and ATP (available-to-promise) are essential features for assessing product availability.

Sales lead time is calculated as the period from when an order is placed until the product is ready for delivery. This is often known as a sales lead time. It covers the time required for production, sourcing and shipping.

ATP (Available-to-Promise) ATP helps determine whether a product can be manufactured within the customer’s requested timeframe. It now takes into account current inventory, production planned and incoming inventory to provide a precise delivery date.
