@RPA-EndpointEngineer, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error code 0x0000426A, it is often related to conflicts with existing Office installations or update channels. From your description, I notice we have already changed update channel but the issue still persists.
To clarify the issue, we can firstly create a group and only add some testing devices to look into the issue:
Then remove other Microsoft 365 app assignment and only leave one. Confirm all the requirements are met with "Before you start" in the following link:
