Windows 11 "Your Credentials cannot be Verified" error.

We have a multi user HP Z8 Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 workstation that is domain joined and will only allow us to log in once. If the workstation screen locks when anyone attempts to log back in we get "Your Credentials could not be verified". If we restart the workstation we are able to log in again but only 1 time. I have completed a windows reload keeping the users data but that did not resolve the issue. I have tried to log in via SafeMode and using admin command prompt cleared/reset the Ngc folder. I have also ran sfc/ scannow with no results. All windows updates have been applied. Everyone can log in at least once and there is no issue until the computer locks or someone logs off and another person needs to log on. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

    Hi,

For this problem, you can try this:

1, create a local user account, and add it to the local administrators group

2, leave the domain (as a workgroup computer)

3, use the local user account to login (in this scenario, try locking the computer to see if the user can login again)

4, if yes, reboot the computer and join the domain again

    Alex
