Hi all,
We have successfully migrated our entire on-premises environment to Azure/Entra/Exchange/SharePoint. The migration process went smoothly without any issues. On Saturday, we deactivated our on-premises environment, and since then, we have been operating as a “cloud-only” organization.
Everything has been functioning well, except for a minor issue with Azure/Entra AD. I am currently unable to modify user settings as all options are greyed out. Before deactivating the on-prem services, we had stopped the AD-Sync.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
