Hello,

I cannot sign in to my cloud account as my MFA got deleted and i cannot signin with anothet way.

I am using Microsoft 365 Business Basic so I am the admin of my environment and there is no other user\admin that I can ask help. The problem is I cannot login to my account because my MFA has got deleted by mistake and I dont recieve any codes. I tried to create a case to Microsoft and called one of the phone numbers in my region however the automatic reply keeps telling me to go to Admin center and create a ticket but this is the problem I cannot login to admin center as well, it asks for MFA code which I dont get it. So my problem is how can I get a new QR code to add my MFA account to Authenticator or how can I get support?

Thanks
