Create & Manage Canvas Aps wth Power Apps (PL-7001) assessment issue

Hi,

Today, I attempted to take the lab assessment test on “Create & Manage Canvas Apps with Power Apps (PL-7001).” However, I encountered an issue when logging into the virtual machine. I received an “invalid credentials” error while trying to access Power Apps Studio. After two attempts, the browser closed. When I retried to take the assessment, it did not allow me to proceed and asked me to wait for 72 hours.

Could you please reset the timer? I did not successfully attempt the assessment.
