Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having an issue where sharepoint storage is not updating

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038,

    SharePoint storage is controlled by the M365 cloud backend. I'm afraid from user side, we have no access to update it via any settings. I believe there is something wrong in the backend. To avoid influencing your business, please go to M365 admin center >> Support to contact Microsoft support and report this issue to them. MS experts will give you instant help.
