- Check the email address you used is valid and active. Also Check if the email domain is recognized by Microsoft. Eligibility criteria
- Log in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.
- Select Redeem under Azure sponsorship benefits
- Follow the prompts to update your email address to one that is active and accessible
