Failure to redeem Azure's scholarhip

I have a scholarship ID for Azure given to me by Microsoft for Startups. However, the institutional email adress I used to redeem my Azure credits didn´t work. How can I change the email adress to redeem my credits?

    1. Check the email address you used is valid and active. Also Check if the email domain is recognized by Microsoft. Eligibility criteria
    2. Log in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub.
    3. Select Redeem under Azure sponsorship benefits
    4. Follow the prompts to update your email address to one that is active and accessible
