Hi there, I'm facing a challenge while logging in to the Azure Training Sandbox. I'm using my private Hotmail email for this. However, after many attempts, I decided to log in with my company email and link my Hotmail account. The company email works fine, but I do not want to use it as my learning email. Even after linking my private email to the company email, I started encountering the issue below:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

any help is appreciated.

    Hello Muhanad,

    Thanks for your question.

With personal Microsoft Accounts (Outlook, Hotmail or OneDrive), you are connected to the Microsoft Services tenant by default. Within the default tenant, there is no linked directory for performing any actions and that might cause the issue.

Just sign in via an incognito account/ new browser (clear cache and cookies)with your personal account.

    That should resolve.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
