How to switch to Azure Enterprise

Hi,

My company is using a regular pay as you go subscription focused on Azure OpenAI services.

However, we are exceeding the maximum quota limits and need to essentially have an Enterprise Agreement.

Ultimately, we need up to 50 million tokens per minute for gpt-4o-mini, which is available under Enterprise Agreement.

After reviewing all the documentation, we can’t seem to find a way to switch our existing subscription to Enterprise Agreement nor is it available when trying to create a new subscription.

Has anyone done this? We have no idea how to proceed.

To switch to an Azure Enterprise Agreement (EA) from a regular pay-as-you-go subscription, you typically need to go through a process that involves contacting your Azure solutions specialist.

Here are some steps:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal with an account that has at least the Azure RBAC reader role for the subscription. Navigate to Subscriptions > Select the subscription > Properties to find the subscription Account Admin.
2. You must have access to the destination EA to create an EA account owner. An existing or new department is required. 
3. Reach out to your Azure solutions specialist to discuss your needs and the possibility of transitioning to an EA.
