I am using Azure Speech Service to transcribe audio files vie Batch Transcription.
When I report on the costs, there is no way to report on the actual usage (time) based on which costs are calculated. I do see the requests, but if I change the scope to usage, all views are blank.
View on Total Calls => I see requests
View on Audio seconds transcribed => no data
Is this a bug or how can I know the actual usage of this service?

At my side, I am able to replicate your observation too (can see total calls but not audio transcription per second) and checking internally on this. Shall update you once I get pointers.

For Standard Model
Batch Transcription: $0.18 per hour
For Customer Model
Batch Transcription: $0.225 per hour.

I did see the pricing details already, but as we want to limit our service based on hours, it would be easier to also get the usage directly. We will try to workaround this for now but I hope there will be a resolution for the issue soon.

It seems to be a bug as per below thread. Workaround is to extract the details on "duration field" on transcription results.
