How to get WHLK support for WHLK test failures?
We're doing WHLK test on our SATA products in order to get WHLK certification. During testing, we got failure on “SCSI Compliance Test 2.0 (LOGO)” test. Below are the detailed FAILED cases:
- case "MODE SENSE (6) Testing Page Control Field"
- case "MODE SENSE (6) Checking Individual Mode Pages"
- case "MODE SENSE (10) Testing Page Control Field"
Because we got the same failure on Intel SATA product. So, we're not sure whether this is an acceptable issue or not. We'd like to contact with Microsoft professional engineer to help us solve this issue.
I tried to submit support requirement on https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create?sapId=5ff76c07-ebcc-2235-5a8a-e86eb3c93294, but it indicated that my account doesn't support WHLK product. I'm confused. So, I can't submit support requirement.
I also tried to call Microsoft phone support and got email support ("winqual@microsoft.com") for WHLK certification question. I sent my question to this email, but didn't receive any response.
Thus, how can I get Microsoft support for my question? Or can I get support in here?
