Here are some steps you may want to take:
1. Check Email Settings:
- Open the email in your Outbox>Options>Delay Delivery.
- Ensure the "Do not deliver before" date and time are set correctly.
2. Check Outlook Settings:
- File>Options>Advanced>In the Send and receive section, enable Send immediately when connected>OK.
3. Check Rules:
- File>Mange Rules&Alerts>Check whether you set a rule for delayed sending.
4. Disable Cached Exchange Mode:
- File>Account Settings>Account Settings>Select your account and click Change.
- Uncheck the Use Cached Exchange Mode option and restart Outlook.
In addition, please ensure that Outlook is running at the scheduled time of the email. If Outlook is closed, the email might not be sent as scheduled.
