Azure OpenAI data not loading in chat playgroun

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with the GPT-4 Mini (2024-07-18) model in Azure OpenAI. The model isn't providing responses that match my provided reference data. The system worked correctly yesterday, but today when using the same prompt and index, it seems to ignore the source data.

Could you help identify if this is a known issue or suggest potential fixes?

Here is a step-by-step approach.

1. Check from AI search index first - whether you are able to search queries in AI search or not to check for possible index corruption, Recreate the indexes if you are not able to search through your index.
2. With existing model deployment - Change API version or temperature (0.7-08) .
3. Create a new model deployment with GPT4o mini and check once.
4. Modify your prompt or ask model to look up again if you are not getting answer in 1st attempt.
