VM Name isvm01 and Region is south central I am getting issue after creation of the virtual maching while connection to rdp i just getting a file that consist only virtual machine details but unable to load the virtual machine behavior when attempting to connect via RDP.

Could you please from when you have faced this problem.
Meanwhile I would recommend you follow the below troubleshoot steps:
- Reset Remote Desktop configuration.
- Check Network Security Group rules.
- Review VM console logs.
- Reset the NIC for the VM.
- Check the VM Resource Health.
- Reset your VM password.
- Restart your VM.
- Redeploy your VM.
