Have guest users received error messages when access the site?
Please check below tips to troubleshoot the issue.
1.Go to the SharePoint admin center -> Sites -> Active sites -> Select the site -> Sharing -> Set Anyone.
2.Go to the site collection -> Site Settings -> Site Collection Features -> Deactivate Limited Access User Permissions Lockdown Mode feature.
