Updating the Traffic manager geo ip database with an updated entry

We are having an issue with traffic manager routing DNS to the wrong location after an update to an geo IP is still causing the traffic to be directed to the previous geolocation. How often does Microsoft update their traffic manager geo IP database and is there a way to request them to update an IP or set of IP's? These IP's have been updated with Maxmind and ip2location.

NOTE: Geolocation databases may take some time to update. Even after you've made changes, it may take a few weeks for the corrections to propagate across all databases.

Remember to communicate with your end users about any changes or potential workarounds to minimize disruptions during the resolution process. I strongly believe one these will resolve the issue permanently.
