The exercise instructs us to use the following simple scriptaz network vnet create \ --resource-group [sandbox resource group name] \ --name Azure-VNet-1 \ --address-prefixes 10.0.0.0/16 \ --subnet-name Services \ --subnet-prefixes 10.0.0.0/24

However, I have no idea what the resource-group name is supposed to be. When I try a custom name, I get the Authorization error.

    Hi Mills, Derek,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion you may have encountered while working through the exercise.

It appears there may be a glitch in Unit 3, as the default sandbox resource group name should be clearly included in the exercise steps for clarity. As a workaround, we recommend activating the sandbox in Unit 3, then navigating to Unit 4 and returning to Unit 3. Upon doing so, the default resource group is outlined in the Unit-3 exercise steps, allowing you to successfully complete the exercise.

We understand that explicitly including the default resource group name in the instructions would greatly improve the process. To address this, we will escalate your feedback to our internal team for review and resolution. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow the suggested workaround to proceed with the exercise.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
