When I use an e-mail action in my custom Copilot Studio agent I get an error message. What is the cause?

In Copilot Studio, I created an action in a custom copilot, involving a call to 'Send an e-mail notification (V3)'. I use hardcoded strings for 'To (String)', 'Subject (String)' and 'Body (String)' as input and no output defined ('Result any' = {empty}).

When I run this action in the test chat panel on the right, I always get the following error:

Error message: The connector 'Mail' returned an HTTP error with code 401. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure

Can you help me what is going wrong and how to resolve it?

Kind regards,
Hans

PS I tried both authentication as user as well as copilot author user but this made no difference for me, I still got this message.
