Why is my Copilot button greyed out in OneNote?

Hey, I am trying to use copilot in Onenote. I have a macbook pro from 2020, so not the newest, but so it should be possible anyway. I have tried updating my license, restarting my computer, been researching on the internet. But I can't seem to find a solution. for it. Also I don't have the the layout tab among my menu items in the top. Is there a correalation between those?

    Could you please tell us which version of Office you are using?

    According to the article "Welcome to Copilot in OneNote", Copilot in OneNote is available to customers with a Copilot Pro (Home) or Microsoft 365 Copilot (Work) license in OneNote for Microsoft 365 on Windows, Mac​​​​​​​, and iPad.

    Unlike Copilot in Word, Copilot in OneNote has requirements for the version of OneNote, which needs to be OneNote for Microsoft 365.
