Do I need a further licence for an additional new computer

I have a new computer but I still need to use the old one as well. I have office for Mac on the old computer. Do I need an additional licence for the new computer or will the existing one work on more than one computer? How do I find out the cost of the additional licence?

    According to your description you need one license for several computers, you can use Microsoft 365 Family plan, the one license can be used for 6 users:
