Assistance Needed: Issue with M365 Copilot Chat Integration
Hi,
I’ve created an agent embedding Microsoft 365 Copilot and used the inbuilt Dynamics 365 Customer Insights connector with the "Get items from an entity" action.
The integration works as expected in Copilot Studio and the Teams app, where I can successfully retrieve and access responses. However, I am encountering an issue where the response does not appear in the M365 Copilot chat.
Here’s what I’ve verified so far:
The connector is correctly configured in Copilot Studio.
The agent is functioning in other platforms like Teams.
No visible errors are being logged during the process.
Could this be related to permissions, authentication flow, response formatting, or any differences between Teams and M365 Copilot environments?
I’d appreciate it if someone could help troubleshoot this issue or point me toward potential solutions.
