Issue with Submitting Jobs in Azure AI ML Studio - Compute Instance Error

I have been submitting jobs through Azure AI ML Studio without any issues, but I have recently started encountering the following error:
"This compute instance cannot be used as a compute target. Please create another compute instance and use it as a compute target to submit jobs."
Everything was working normally until this error started appearing. The job does not progress at all on the compute instance and fails immediately after submission with no detailed error message provided.
I have attempted to create a new compute instance and use it as the target, but the problem persists.
Could someone help me identify the root cause of this issue or provide guidance on troubleshooting steps? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Ensure you have not exceeded any resource quotas, which can restrict compute instance availability. This includes checking limits on CPU, GPU, and memory resources. Additionally, confirm that resources are available in your selected region, as certain instance types may be out of capacity.
- Review the specifications (size, operating system, environment) of your compute instance. A mismatch between your job's environment requirements and the compute instance's configuration could lead to execution failures. Ensure that the VM size is suitable for your workload.
- Confirm that your Azure account has the necessary permissions to access and utilize the compute instance. Changes to role-based access control (RBAC) could affect your ability to submit jobs.
- Check job logs in Azure Machine Learning Studio for detailed error messages related to job failures. Look under the "Job" section for insights into what might have gone wrong. Additionally, review Azure Activity Logs for any relevant errors or events by navigating to "Monitor" -> "Activity Log" in the Azure portal.

Instance is functional if I SSH and try to run some python scripts. It does work. Having said it looks like its healthy and functional ?
Regarding quota; I would say same, if its able to SSH, I think its well within reach of quota ?
Activity Log: Checked out activity log, nothing unusual
New Instance: Created multiple new instance, deleted existing one, same outcome; Even created in different resource group and resources, same results with same error
Specification Size: Nothing has changed, this is production facing job, scheduled and running smoothly for months and all sudden this issue started without any change.

Can you please check once here are following steps.
- Look into application-specific logs for any error messages or warnings that could provide insight into what might be failing.
- Ensure that all configurations (environment variables, paths) required by your Python scripts are correctly set.
- Verify that all necessary Python packages and libraries are installed and accessible in the environment where the scripts are running.
- Review any network security groups or firewall settings that might be affecting connectivity between resources.
- Even if SSH works, check if there are any resource limits (CPU, memory) being hit during script execution which could cause failures
