Expedite quality updates does not work despite correct Windows version for the update integration tool

Hello,

unfortunately I can't find a solution to my problem on the net.

Our computers (all newly installed and registered via Autopilot) ALL have version 24H2 (Build 10.0.26100.2605) installed. According to the instructions for acceleration, an update integration tool is no longer required from version 23H2.

Nevertheless, Intune reports an error when accelerating on all computers because this tool is supposed to be missing.

It is called “Expedite Client missing”. A subsequent installation of this client (I simply tested it) does not work.

What should I do? In view of the fact that we currently have another more than urgent update, the very rapid provision of such an update must be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, I can't get any further at this point. Perhaps someone else has an idea?

Many thanks in advance

@S. Kahl, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Yes, Windows 11, version 23H2 and above do not require Update Health Tools, from your description, I know we are already windows 11 24H2.

After researching, I find sometimes network issue can also cause this error.

    1. Network connection stability: Ensure your internet connection is stable and working properly.
    2. Firewall or Antivirus settings: Sometimes, firewalls or antivirus programs can interrupt or block connections, leading to this error. User's imageUser's image
    3. Proxy settings: Incorrect or misconfigured proxy settings can also cause this issue.

In addition, please also ensure all the prerequisites are all met.
