Rejected from Founders Hub Due to Business Type Error

Hello,

My application to Microsoft for Startups was rejected with the reason: Your Startup is a consultancy/professional services company.

I believe I submitted all information that classifies my business as a software development firm. What could be the source of this classification error, and how can it be corrected for a successful reapplication?
