New Onedrive Embed Generated code does not include, Embed, AuthKey or resid values

Question

I am trying to embed a small excel spreadsheet into a Wordpress.com page. I have done this for quite a few years without a problem but this year it has not worked.

Something has changed in the embed generated code from 12 months ago.

I change the excel spreadsheet every year and last year's code looked like this:

This year the code looks like this:

If Wordpress struggles with iframes, I can understand why last years code worked by how do I now generate a similar code in Onedrive

I've tried a differnet browser, I've clicked on "Customise how this workbook will appear to others" altered sharing settings but nothing works.

From my observations the embed?, authkey and resid= are all missing from the new code and I'm sure that's the problem.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem?

There have been many of feedback about this behavior from different users.

Thanks Emi, do you have a solution specific to OneDrive?

I am having the same issue. I have no way of getting a path that contains the authkey or resid=.

There are a few threads on this issue but none solve the problem.

I appreciate any help!
