Dears

I noticed that I have 2 unsettled invoices from sept and oct 2023. I am trying to pay them without any success. Can you advise a bank account nr to which I can transfer the amount or a phone nr for mobile pay? Please also update my email address with hulyaekici@live.dk (hekici@eqich.dk is not being used that much) and send the invoices to this mail in the future.

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

The invoices from September and October 2023, please get in touch with our billing team at [insert contact details]. They’ll be able to provide you with the correct bank account or mobile payment info to help you complete the payment.

I’ve also updated your email address to hulyaekici@live.dk for future invoices, so you should start receiving them there going forward.

how can I miss to pay my bills for September and October 2023, when all my invoices are running on automatic payment? btw I have spoken with someone from technique department and have been informed that all previous info on hekici@eqich.dk have not been transferred to the new email hulyaekici@live.dk, therefore he could not help me after 40 minutes phone conversation. Please fix it. Thank you

I’m really sorry for the trouble this has caused. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially with automatic payments set up.

It seems there was an issue with transferring your email, so the update didn’t go through. I will make sure your new email address, hulyaekici@live.dk, is updated in our system so everything works properly from now on.

I’ll also check why the September and October invoices haven’t been paid and make sure everything is sorted out for you.
