Sign in to the Azure portal with any account you think might be associated with the subscription.
Then go to Subscriptions in the portal and search for your subscription using the Subscription ID. If you see your subscription, the associated Azure account (username) is likely the one you're signed into.
If you cannot provide the Access ID but have your Subscription ID, contact Azure Billing Support directly. Explain that you cannot access the account and need assistance recovering or deactivating it. Billing support often doesn't require an active subscription login and may be able to verify you using other details.
