Hi,

We had Azure credits that expired on January 3, 2025, and we completed all required tasks. However, the credit expiration has caused significant issues, as we are in the midst of our product development phase and are not yet in revenue generation.

Could you kindly assist us with extending our credits for another year? Our website is https://drlambda.ai, and we would greatly appreciate your support in ensuring our operations continue smoothly.

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

    Hi Quan,

To extend your Azure credits, you will need to advance to the next tier of the Microsoft for Startups program. For instance, if you are currently at Level 2, you must progress to Level 3 to receive additional credits and an extended usage period. The only way to extend your credits is to achieve the next program level before your existing credits expire.

Once you have completed the verification checklist in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, your account will be reviewed approximately 45 days before your current Azure credits are set to expire. If approved, you will automatically receive additional credits and extended time in the program. To increase your chances of approval, ensure that your engagement score is strong and that all tasks in your checklist are up to date, especially if your current phase is ending soon.

If your request for additional Azure credits has been pending for an extended period, it may be due to the need for further verification of the information you provided. Typically, credit requests are reviewed within three business days, but response times can occasionally be delayed in such cases.
