Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Pro Plus

Question

Hello, I recently purchased a Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus key but when I enter it on the website, it works but when I choose the language then the format (x64 or x32) it shows me "Service not available We are currently experiencing technical issues. Try again later."
What should I do? I don't understand why I'm stuck at this step even though the key is supposed to work.

Where did you buy this Office?

If you bought it from another source, not Microsoft web site, it's recommended to ask seller for install direction, it may be different from ones of Microsoft website.

For example, the Office bought through Groupon, users have to go and download a specific ISO image from the provider in order to install using the key code they provided.
