    Hi @Adrian Moran ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!

Encountering an error alone does not provide sufficient information about its cause. I recommend performing a Discovery and Assessment before initiating replication to identify the exact error and understand what is causing the issue.

Azure Migrate Assessment and Discovery process, the readiness report evaluates on-premises servers, databases, or workloads to determine their compatibility with Azure. The report provides an assessment of whether a specific workload or machine can be migrated to Azure, categorizing them as follows:

    Sample screenshot: User's image

    1. Ready for Azure: These workloads or machines are fully compatible with Azure and can be migrated without significant changes or compatibility issues.
    2. Conditionally Ready: These workloads or machines might require minor changes or adjustments to be migrated successfully. The report highlights specific requirements or recommendations to achieve readiness.
    3. Not Ready: Workloads or machines that are not compatible with Azure in their current state. The report specifies the issues preventing migration, such as unsupported operating systems, outdated versions, or specific dependencies. This link has the step-by-step process Refer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/how-to-create-assessment https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/tutorial-discover-physical

In addition to the readiness status, the report includes any error messages, warnings, or additional recommendations to help you resolve issues or optimize the migration process. For example, if a server requires an operating system upgrade or specific configurations, the readiness report will highlight these details.

Thus, the readiness report doesn't just show whether a workload is supported or unsupported; it also provides actionable insights and error details (if applicable) to help you address migration challenges effectively.

let us know if you have any further queries. I’m happy to assist you further.
