Hello,

I adapted my company's template following Microsoft guidelines (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-your-organization-s-branding-with-copilot-in-powerpoint-c8bc6df5-37ed-4398-8b90-f78a8fdcf9bb; https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/microsoft365insiderblog/keep-your-presentations-on-brand-with-copilot-in-powerpoint/4295913)

However, when I ask Copilot to create a presentation, he re-uses almost always the same layout. Even proposition done by Designer are very similar between each other.

My goal is to have Copilot using more of what I offer in the slide layout.

Concrete example: I create several versions of agenda slides. When I ask Copilot to add an agenda slide to my presentation, he uses the layout that wasn't supposed to be use (in the case Content 1)

    Hi,

How did you ask the Copilot to create the slide?

When you ask Copilot to add a specific slide, you can specify the layout you want to use. For example, you can say "Please use Layout X to add agenda slides".

I have two requirements for the slide template:

    1. The company logo should always be on the top left of the slide.
    2. The title should always be at the top of the slide.

Below, you can see the template I created (Logo and background are removed for confidentiality).

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Julien
