VPN Client fails to connect

Installed VPN Client on Template, thus clients fails to connect, I saw in previous posts where you can submit a support ticket to Azure to fix on the back end but that requires paid support plan now. Anyone know how to fix without paying for a support plan?

Labplan was created a year or more ago, just update the template each semester with updates and just installed the vpn client.
VPN is not new it has been working fine elsewhere for several years. First time attempting to use in Azure.
GlobalProtectLogs.zip.log Really a .zip contains lots of log troubleshooting log files from globalprotect troubleshooting tool inside client.
