I completed a Microsoft Ignite Challenge within the time frame but it doesn't show-up

I signed up for the Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition - Innovate and secure your migration to Microsoft Azure and I just completed the final module but I did not get credit for completing the challenge. It says the challenge continues until Jan 10th. You can check my profile for the badges that I earned along the way.

When I go to the Challenge page, it says "Oops, we couldn't find that challenge =]" And when I go to my challenge activity, it says "You do not have any recent challenge activity."

Can you help me earn the challenge I completed on my profile?

Dear Olivia WIlcox,

I am in similar trouble with another challange (also ending tomorrow).
I have printed and made screenshots of the webpages which (sometimes) show my results of finishing with all tutorials in the challange... and I receive the same error.
I wrote because

I do not want to open another Support request with the same content, but joining yours to increase the demand and to see if someone answers it.

I believe it is only a temporary error and tomorrow, or at latest on 11th Jan they will solve it and both of us will receive what we earned... a badge. :)

My situation - for someone in charge:

On MS Learn I succeded all 26 topics in the "Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition: Build AI apps with Microsoft Azure services" challange. Now that there is still one day ("Active until January 10, 2025") to complete untill the challange period ends, and I am done with all parts, clicking on the link (above) or trying to check one or other tutorial in the list, I receive an error.

It looks like there was a missing section on mine so I only got 17/21 modules done. You may have to make your own post since I won't be getting the challenge trophy due to the error in showing the final section on the module website and not completing them in time.

Hi József Orbán,

I think i also have a similar issue, I have completed all the 26 modules of the Challenge "Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition: Build AI apps with Microsoft Azure services", but it says there is 1 more module left and because of that I am not able to get my badge. I do not see any other module left in this challenge to complete.

I suggest you to check your main MS Learn page, because I see this on mine:

But that's all I can find. No email this time, and this Badge is not listed anywhere on my Profile page.
Pravakar, click on 'I have the same question'... it may help that it would grab the attention of some insider who could help.
