How to create public IP as zone redundant resource? How is charged?

According to the doc, https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates?id=Azure-Public-Ips-are-zone-redundant-by-default

Azure Public IPs are zone redundant by default. But I notices not all Azure regions with availability zone support created public IP as zone redundant as default.

May I know how to create public IP as zone redundant in other az support regions? How is charged?

I understand that you would like to create a Public IP as Zone redundant in availability zones supported Regions.

• Select "Zone-redundant" while creating the Public IP
• 

Similarly, if you select a particular Zone, 1 or 2 or 3, your Public IP will be "Zonal" and will be pinned to that particular zone.

For pricing, you can refer to

• IP Addresses pricing
• Azure Pricing Calculator - Specify the region and billable hours
• I don't see any additional cost for specifying a zone in the above.
