Ignite challenge is still pending after completing all the modules

I've signed up for Microsoft Learn challenge Build AI apps with Microsoft Azure services that has 26 modules - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/collections/j25rcze78q2ry5?sharingId=6A9F03F25E12DA9E&ref=collection&listId=63kgh6d1mp124g&wt.mc_id=ignitechallenge25_landingpage_wwl. I've completed all the modules with each module showing 100% completion. The challenge board shows that I've completed 26/27 modules and 14,280 participants already completed the challenge with 27/27. Where is the 27th module? How to complete the challenge? I don't see any next page or a pending task/module. I know this must be very easy but I've been on this for the last 4 days without getting help and unable to move forward. I posted my feedback in several forums, but there has been no response.
