I attended an exam on 3rd Jan 2025 for AZ 400. I have scored 845 but still I did not see a certificate on my portal that shows only AZ 104. you could support and resolve my issue.

When I contact to help desk number they verified and identified as multiple account details on my name. so requesting please update my mobile number on [Mod Removed - PII**]** or merge my accounts.
