Hi, I'm facing an issue installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64). The installer keeps showing the same error every time I try. I’ve already uninstalled previous versions, cleaned the system, and tried running in Safe Mode, but the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't install Tableau because of that issue! The error msg is attached. I tried everything and nothing worked with me!User's image

    Hi @Deena Gamal Gaber

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Please re-download the latest supported Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64 version from the page. (https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe)

    Then, retry the installation.

If it doesn’t work, you can use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool to uninstall all the Visual C++ Redistributable items and install it again.

Besides, please ensure that you have administrative privileges to install it. If you have any anti-virus software or security management software, please temporarily disable it.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
