Please re-download the latest supported Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64 version from the page. (https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe)
Then, retry the installation.
If it doesn’t work, you can use the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter tool to uninstall all the Visual C++ Redistributable items and install it again.
Besides, please ensure that you have administrative privileges to install it. If you have any anti-virus software or security management software, please temporarily disable it.
